Seasonal products show an “Order by” date. It is the last day on which our slowest estimate (2 business days to dispatch plus 12 in transit, plus a few business days of margin) still arrives before the date. Ordered today, most orders arrive in 11–14 business days.
It is an estimate, not a guarantee: carriers can run late in the busiest weeks.
Can I choose my Peekabao design? Will I get repeats?
No, and yes, it can happen. Each blind box holds one soft squishy in a random Halloween design, so nobody knows which until the lid comes off. Repeats are possible, even inside a pack, and a pack does not guarantee a full set.
How do the pack savings work?
A pack costs less than buying the same number of single boxes. The saving we show is plain arithmetic on today’s prices: the number of boxes times the price of one box, minus the price of the pack. There is no “was” price and no code to enter.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend.
Orders sent abroad can be charged import duties or taxes by your country’s customs. We don’t set those, and they are paid by the customer.
What if my parcel gets lost?
Every order is tracked, and the link comes by email when it ships. If tracking stops moving or the parcel doesn’t arrive in the expected window, send us a message and we look into it with the carrier.
Can I return something?
What can be returned, and how, is set out in our refund policy. Send us a message before you send anything back. Shipping into the EU, you can also cancel within 14 days without giving a reason.
Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Contact us as soon as you open the parcel, with a photo, so we can check it and make it right.
Why does every product have its own brand name?
Each one is made for one job, so each gets its own name. All of them are sold and supported by Merrikin: one checkout, one place to ask, one shipping and refund policy.
Who is Merrikin?
A small online shop. We don’t manufacture these products: we pick each one for one everyday annoyance, give it a name, and look after your order and your questions ourselves.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify over an encrypted connection, and your card details go straight to the payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Why a range? The early date is the fastest case (1 business day to dispatch + 10 in transit), the late date the slowest (2 + 12).
